The Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization creates best-in-class experiences for customers as they discover, try, buy, use, and renew access to our products. We also create self-service tools to automate internal processes. The Experience Design (XD) team within GET includes interaction design, visual design, research, and content strategy. The Enterprise Platform Design Leader will join a team creating experiences for our Sales and Customer Success teams and will work closely with our design system, content design and visual design teams to establish communication and efficiency between design and engineering. You will work across many different parts of the organization with a focus on increasing the efficiency of the users utilizing our design systems, creating interactive prototypes, and helping to create a seamless, end-to-end customer journey.
As a Platform Design Leader at Autodesk, you'll merge the roles of design and engineering, bringing the most innovative creative concepts to life. You will need a passion for both design and technical skills. You'll work on a broad range of digital needs from working closely with feature teams to create interactive prototypes to creating innovative Figma plug-ins and strengthening collaboration between designers and developers. You will also work with teams across Autodesk to understand best practices and solve problems in a scalable and future-proof way. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an enterprise organization and/or internal experience design departments with a focus on web technologies.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,300 and $215,600. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
