Marketing Optimization Analyst

Autodesk is seeking a high-impact Marketing Optimization Analyst to join our Marketing Optimization team within the Digital & eCommerce organization. In this role, you will drive measurable business outcomes by shaping experimentation strategy, delivering actionable insights, and partnering closely across multiple marketing teams to improve customer experiences across digital channels.

You are a strategic, data-driven thinker who is equally comfortable designing experiments, analyzing results, and influencing stakeholders to turn insights into action.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve marketing performance across digital channels
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify optimization opportunities and define testing roadmaps
  • Analyze cross-channel performance to uncover insights that drive conversion, engagement, and customer experience improvements, using AI-assisted analysis where appropriate
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations that influence marketing strategy and execution
  • Evangelize experimentation and data-driven decision-making, enabling marketers to adopt and scale proven strategies
  • Apply AI-assisted workflows to scale experimentation learnings across channels and audiences
  • Stay current on industry trends in experimentation, analytics, digital marketing, and applied AI; actively test and adopt new capabilities that drive measurable impact
  • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in building a career at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and strategy
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a solid understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
  • Curiosity about the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem and its key performance indicators
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear narratives for business and marketing audiences
  • Experience and curiosity towards learning new AI capabilities and integrating them into everyday work
  • Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with quantitative concepts
  • Ability to succeed in a large, highly-collaborative, cross-functional organization
    • Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.)
    • Snowflake/SQL or other comparable data warehousing knowledge; Bonus: Python and R
    • Experience with marketing and experimentation platforms (examples: Adobe Target, Launch Darkly, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Marketo, FullStory, or comparable tools)
