We are seeking a brilliant product manager for our product experience team in Tel Aviv. This pivotal role, requiring business and technical skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent interviewing and facilitation techniques, will play a crucial part in our growth. You will lead initiatives that address key pain points for our field users, significantly impacting our success.

Responsibilities:

• Own, shape, drive and align the way our field users interact with our tools
• Collaborate with other product teams and external stakeholders to create a cohesive platform approach for a best-in-class mobile experience
• Refine and prioritize needs to align engineering teams with project scopes, objectives, and requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years as a SaaS product manager, preferably with cloud solutions for business process management
• B.S. or M.S. in engineering or a related field
• Strong decision-making and proactive communication skills with all stakeholders
• Team player with a collaborative nature
• Technical fluency in engineering concepts and tradeoffs
• Persuasive, motivating, and able to engage at all levels
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive teams towards execution
• Excellent English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity or background in construction or architectural space – a huge advantage!
• Experience in working on platform services in large organizations
• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems
• Programming experience

Salary transparency: Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
