Product Manager

Join Autodesk's Access team within Platform Services and Emerging Technologies as a Product Manager for our Admin Access and Insights group. Our mission is to connect Autodesk customers with their products and data, enabling innovative business models and seamless user experiences.   • Actionable Insights: Deliver analytics and reporting capabilities that transform raw data into strategic business decisions for our customers

  • Strategic Influence: Shape how Autodesk approaches admin experiences and data insights
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with PMs, engineering managers, architects, and designers

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy for Admin Access and Insights platform services, partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmap
  • Design and oversee development of best-in-class APIs, events, and onboarding services, working directly with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure high-quality delivery of scalable, secure platform foundations
  • Balance requirements from internal Autodesk teams and external customers, collaborating with PMs, engineering managers, architects, designers, and go-to-market teams to ensure platform success
  • Define and monitor key metrics to drive data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring anticipated outcomes and business impact are achieved
  • Develop clear product requirements documents, user stories, use cases, visual models to help engineering teams understand the what and the why of what we are building

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience including delivering platform solutions for internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated experience in API definition and a solid understanding of system and data architecture
  • Demonstrated experience driving business outcomes, defining success metrics, and data driven decision making
  • Strong communication and influence skills with ability to craft compelling stories through writing, visuals, presentations, and videos, adapting messages for different audiences
  • Proven collaboration skills working with diverse roles and global teams across time zones to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, basic project management skills

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $92,600 and $135,850. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
