Senior UX Designer
At Autodesk, we help our customers design and make anything. Our team plays a critical role in shaping how users get started, learn, and grow within Fusion, designing experiences that make powerful tools more accessible and effective. At this moment of rapid transformation, our Fusion Design team working on Growth & AI is defining how AI becomes part of the product experience, creating intelligent, connected workflows that help users move from intent to outcome faster and with greater confidence. We're looking for designers who have mastered the fundamentals and are now using AI to explore what's next, shaping products that guide, accelerate, and act alongside users. This is about designing systems that move work forward, not just interfaces that respond. If you're excited by the idea of designing with AI, and designing for an AI-first world, this is where you do the most meaningful work of your career.
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape onboarding, growth, and AI-assisted experiences within Autodesk Fusion. This role focuses on improving how users enter, understand, and expand within the product, with an emphasis on Acquisition, Setup, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) workflows. Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Experience Design, Fusion, you will at times lead solutions to complex problems, applying human-centered design practices to create thoughtful, scalable solutions. You'll collaborate across design, product, and engineering to connect experiences across multiple touch points while contributing to the evolution of AI-assisted workflows and guidance systems. This role requires strong execution, systems thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable design outcomes.
