  • Develop and maintain clear, transparent documentation to provide clarity and direction
  • Ensure team members have a clear understanding of their tasks, timelines, and methods

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams on highly complex initiatives involving multiple teams, in a fast-paced environment, using traditional and Agile methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical: Program Manager, Project Manager or similar role

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or other professional certification
  • Strong technical background, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in change management and anticipating challenges
  • Strong influencer with self-direction and autonomy
  • Collaborative team player who thrives on building healthy relationships, including mentorship
  • Curious and passionate about simplifying and scaling processes
  • Respectful & candid communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and consider new perspectives
