Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of the sports trading platform
• Conduct industry gap analyses and product evaluations
• Create and review business cases; advise on commercial decisions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and prioritize development requests
• Generate specifications and define acceptance criteria
• Build and prioritize the trading platform development backlog
• Identify commonalities across customer requests and guide the product roadmap accordingly
• Manage product sign-off processes
• Support end users during feature rollouts
• Monitor and support the adoption of new features post-delivery
• Assist colleagues in preparing handover and training materials for both legacy and newly developed platform features
• Escalate business-critical bugs to internal support and development teams
• Foster team development and build organizational knowledge
• Set targets and personal development goals for direct reports; monitor performance against those goals
• Stay informed about industry best practices
• Manage client expectations effectively

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Consistently meet key performance indicators in customer orientation, quality, job knowledge, and results.
• Have experience or knowledge in a sports-related environment.
• Communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
• Show proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical tools.
• Communicate effectively across teams and functions.
• Make confident, timely decisions under pressure.
