As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Digital Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. Additional locations may be considered. The Digital Marketing team is looking for a Lead to partner in driving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives, with a focus on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics, and marketing teams to define and execute customer journey strategies that enhance engagement and drive measurable outcomes.
