Product Strategy Execution

  • Translate annual product strategy (set by the CPO) into quarterly priorities across the three platforms.
  • Ensure execution is predictable, outcomes are measurable, and delivery is aligned to customer and business needs.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as the bridge between R&D (Amsterdam) and GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance).
  • Create structured feedback loops that ensure customer insights shape product decisions.

Product Monetization (Pricing & Packaging)

  • Lead Harver's pricing and packaging execution, in close partnership with Finance, RevOps, and Sales.
  • Recommend, test, and implement monetization models to improve ARR, NRR, and win rates.

Customer Engagement & Feedback

  • Join customer calls, review win/loss analyses, and ensure product teams are informed by real-world customer needs.
  • Represent "voice of the customer" within the product team.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a global team of PMs and a Product Architect.
  • Build a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure R&D teams are empowered to focus on discovery and delivery excellence.

Execution & Decision-Making

  • Make confident trade-off calls with limited data, ensuring clarity and focus for teams.
  • Provide operational leadership so the CPO can remain focused on vision, board-level alignment, and industry leadership.
  • Delivering aligned quarterly roadmaps β†’ strategy translated into action, on time and on solving the client/user need.

Success Metrics

  • Customer Satisfaction – Higher NPS of Product from client surveys.
  • Client Penetration – Growth in market share within existing clients (measured by % of jobs served).
  • Discovery Accuracy – well discovered and delivered capabilities that solve identified problems for users.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment – Stronger GTM/R&D collaboration, measured by fewer escalations and faster cycle times.
  • Monetization Impact – Tangible ARR/NRR uplift driven by pricing/packaging improvements.
  • Org Health – A high-performing, engaged PM team (measured by retention, performance, and leadership growth).

    • Customers (US & Europe)
    • Travel – Minimum quarterly travel to Amsterdam (4–8 trips per year, ~6 weeks total annually).
    • Working Hours – Adjusted schedule to ensure daily overlap with Amsterdam (start early in Atlanta, +/- 1 hour).

We're looking for people who have:

  • Strategic & Commercially Savvy – understands both the "build" and "business" sides.

  • Detail-Oriented – doesn't just set vision, but dives into execution quality.
