We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join the Card Products team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, with a knack for identifying and developing cutting-edge features for our consumer fintech products. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, customer-centric thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and staff across mobile applications and retail POS systems.

Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or better in Advertising or related field.

Experience:
Required: Strong understanding of core computer science concepts and system design principles.
Required: Proven ability to derive actionable insights from performance data and translate findings into product improvements.
Required: Demonstrated experience writing detailed user requirements and acceptance criteria for technical products.
Required: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, processes, and ceremonies.
Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred: Experience in fintech space.
Preferred: Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
