The Marketing Coordinator Program at VML is a global community of about 600 employees located at the intersection of Microsoft Marketing and agency teams.
We coordinate campaigns between internal stakeholders of Microsoft, the Global Service Center VML teams, and third-party agencies.
The Consumer discipline is a group of expertise within the MC Program responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of global and local demand generation and engagement activities for Microsoft, focused on the consumer segment.
The objective of the position is to support the planning and execution of Microsoft activities, such as digital and in-store content marketing, BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns, or partner activities, which lead to engagement with Microsoft's consumer products, such as Surface, Xbox, or Windows.
In this role, the MC Consumer acts primarily as the single point of contact for the localization and execution of consumer marketing content, as well as the project manager who coordinates VML internal resources, Microsoft stakeholders, and third-party vendors (e.g., creative agencies and media).
