A Day In The Life

Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role. The Internal Marketing Design Manager is responsible for executing high-quality creative deliverables across web, social, and marketing channels while also managing the coordination of incoming requests and design workflows. They will spend half of their time on execution (designing landing pages, case studies, premium content, social templates, ads, and video edits) and the other half on coordination, ensuring requests are prioritized, tasks are delegated, and all deliverables meet quality standards. Through these responsibilities, the Internal Marketing Design Manager plays an integral role in delivering creative that fuels growth, while also streamlining processes to ensure the design team operates with consistency, speed, and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets across web, social, and marketing channels, including landing pages, case studies, premium content, and ads.
  • Support design for webinars and events through decks, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Edit and optimize video content for marketing and social distribution.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming design requests, balancing planned and ad-hoc needs.
  • Oversee Asana workflows to ensure tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
  • Conduct quality assurance and uphold brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
  • Build and optimize design processes leveraging AI tools and the nova ecosystem to improve efficiency and output.

Role Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in design or creative production
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
  • Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Background in web design, including landing pages and case studies
  • Understanding of design needs for social, ads, and email assets
  • Comfortable managing projects in Asana
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines
