We're seeking a results-driven Email Marketing & Operations Intern who can independently manage projects from conception to completion while delivering actionable insights that fuel user acquisition and engagement growth.
What You'll Own & Execute:
- Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of email campaigns including creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance optimization
- Marketing Automation: Build and refine automated email workflows, implementing advanced segmentation and personalization strategies that drive user engagement
- Conversion Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages using Webflow, with continuous testing to maximize acquisition rates
- Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities, delivering weekly insights and strategic recommendations to drive acquisition and retention
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that scale our marketing operations
