Location: Lake Forest, CA (On-site) Compensation: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour Type: Temp-to-Hire | Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time options available)

The Opportunity

Are you a high-level administrative professional with a "one-step-ahead" mentality? We are a premier international designer-wear company seeking a sophisticated, proactive, and detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO.

In this role, you aren't just managing a calendar—you are the CEO's right hand, ensuring our global operations run seamlessly. You will handle everything from high-stakes project coordination to international travel logistics, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and brand integrity.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a proactive gatekeeper, anticipating the CEO's needs and managing daily priorities to ensure focus remains on high-level growth.

  • Global Coordination: Manage complex international travel itineraries and interface professionally with domestic and global partners.

  • Project Leadership: Monitor critical deadlines, follow up with team members on project status, and ensure the CEO is briefed and prepared for every meeting.

  • Communication Excellence: Draft polished, error-free correspondence and manage multiple high-volume email accounts with speed and precision.

  • Operational Oversight: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, analyze reports for constructive feedback, and keep databases updated.

  • Financial & Data Support: Utilize advanced MS Excel skills (and QuickBooks) to keep reporting accurate and actionable.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience (5+ years preferred), ideally within a luxury, fashion, or international business environment.

  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree is a significant plus.

  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel). Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

  • Language: Bilingual skills (any language) are highly valued as we work on an international scale.

  • Discretion: An unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
