A dynamic and growing research company in Hampton, GA, is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives on outreach, creative strategy, and persuasive writing - someone who wants to grow not just leads, but impact.

Responsibilities:

Proposal Development (50%) - Hunt for opportunities across RFP portals like SAM.gov, BidSync, and agency sites - Manage timelines, draft responses, and collaborate on pricing and positioning - Maintain a winning library of templates, past performance docs, and capability decks

Marketing & Outreach (40%) - Craft a strategic marketing plan tailored for government + for-profit sectors - Create branded content: case studies, one-pagers, newsletters, web updates - Run email campaigns and keep LinkedIn content fresh and relevant - Identify PR and event opportunities to elevate company's presence

Performance & Insights (10%) - Track proposal wins/losses and campaign metrics - Research competitors and market trends

Requirements & Other Qualifications: - 2-4 years in business development, marketing, or proposal writing - Strong writing and editing chops - especially for formal docs - Familiarity with federal/state/local procurement - Fluent in tools like: Microsoft 365, Monday CRM - Organized, deadline-driven, and a natural self-starter
