Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
We are a premier, fast-growing real estate and media ecosystem seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Marketing Director. In this role, you will oversee our overarching brand strategy, social media presence, agent engagement, large-scale events, internal/external communications, and multimedia platforms.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an executor—someone who can lead high-level strategy while executing day-to-day operations, content creation, event promotion, and digital marketing.
Social Media & Brand Growth: Oversee and manage social media platforms for our corporate real estate brand, lifestyle digital/print magazine, business podcast, and leadership personal accounts. Drive content strategy, caption writing, trend research, and recruitment campaigns.
Event Marketing & Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute company culture events, networking socials, and educational workshops. Handle Eventbrite setup, email/SMS promotions, and day-of coordination.
Multimedia & Podcast Production: Coordinate production for our company podcast. Manage topic planning, guest outreach/scheduling, and repurpose episodes into high-performing short-form video clips.
CRM, Communications & Paid Ads: Execute weekly newsletters, automated SMS campaigns, and audience segmentation via our CRM. Oversee third-party paid ad vendors (Meta/Google), manage asset creation, and analyze campaign performance.
Print & Digital Publication Support: Assist with the creative direction, proofreading, and listing coordination for our quarterly lifestyle magazine.
Agent Support & Culture: Provide marketing guidance and branding support to our network of real estate agents to help them scale their businesses.
Required:
Experience: 3+ years in a Marketing Director or Senior Manager role (Real Estate or Agency background is highly preferred).
Social Media Expert: Proven track record of growing channels, short-form video strategy (Reels/TikTok), and community management.
Event Planning: Strong experience in promotional marketing and day-of execution for corporate and social events.
Tech & Digital Savvy: Proficient in email marketing/SMS tools, CRM automation, and basic graphic design coordination.
Ad Strategy: Basic understanding of paid advertising strategy across Google and Meta platforms.
Traits: Exceptional written communication, fierce project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Eventbrite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Dropbox.
Background in podcast, video production, or publication management.
Social media growth and audience engagement.
Event attendance and registration metrics.
Lead generation and recruitment campaign performance.
Email/SMS open and click-through rates.
