Overall Duties:
Keep track of who is in or out of the office, on surveys, or sick
Every Tuesday, pull job costs from GP and transfer them to the job list.
RSI team meetings on Wednesdays at 12 p.m.
Thursday meetings at 8 a.m. with Jim & project managers to review jobs
Collect and review timesheets on Thursdays
At the end of the month, ask designers for their current job status
Meeting with Jim and the PM on the first of the month to discuss current jobs
New Project Duties:
Input new projects onto the job list & add to the board
Create new job folders for facesheets & supporting documents
Request any CAD/PDF files that are missing
Create material submittals
Request inspections when Tina asks
Ongoing Project Tasks:
Request the job status from designers at the end of each month.
Handle all online submittals & keep track of the approvals/corrections. File any approval or correction documents in the job folder. Notify Jim, PM, & designer of the current status.
