Location: Simi Valley, CA

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM M-F

Pay: $68k - $70k DOE

We are seeking an experienced Sales And Marketing Coordinator to join their production team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing the highest standards to their clients.

What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for all sales inquiries.
• Manage the domestic and international sales order entry process.
• Master SAGE for order entry and customer setup.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate, timely orders.
• Master HubSpot for documenting customer interactions.
• Increase revenue through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Assist with pre-show and post-show tradeshow logistics.
• Keep marketing materials stocked and up-to-date.
• Oversee and manage the demo unit program.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with sales and marketing data.
• Collaborate as a team player and critical problem solver.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
• Proven experience working in Sales or Marketing.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Sage and HubSpot software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, patient, and "people-first" attitude.
