Duration: 3–6 Months (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Pay Range: $35.00 – $50.00/hr
Our client is a global leader in bioscience, and they are looking for more than just a "pixel pusher." They need a UX Architect —someone who can take complex scientific data and marketing goals and transform them into seamless, human-centric digital experiences.
In this role, you aren't just updating a website; you are shaping the digital gateway to innovations that impact global health. You'll join a collaborative, growing Design Team where your voice matters, your strategy is valued, and your work has a clear path to a permanent home.
Architect Experiences: Translate high-level commercial strategies into intuitive user journeys. You'll bridge the gap between "what the business needs" and "what the user wants."
Design for Impact: Build responsive, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma that prioritize accessibility and visual clarity.
Evolve the System: Don't just use the style guide—improve it. You'll maintain and scale a robust component library that ensures a cohesive brand experience globally.
Collaborate & Influence: Work side-by-side with Developers, Marketers, and Content Creators. You'll be the advocate for the user in every room, explaining the why behind the what.
Optimize through Data: Use analytics and light research to iterate on your designs. You'll see the direct result of your work through improved engagement and conversion metrics.
The Experience: 3–5 years of UX/UI or Digital Product Design experience, preferably in a space where you've managed complex information architecture.
The Toolkit: You are a Figma power user. You understand variants, auto-layout, and how to build components that make developers' lives easier.
The Mindset: You are a problem-solver by nature. You don't just identify a friction point; you design the solution.
The Technical Edge: You have a solid grasp of HTML/CSS principles. You don't need to code, but you speak the language, making handoffs seamless and stress-free.
The Soft Skills: You can synthesize feedback gracefully and manage multiple priorities without losing your creative spark.
Path to Perm: This is a 3–6 month "get to know us" period with a strong intent to convert to a full-time role based on performance.
Industry Stability: Join a thriving bioscience company in the heart of Tustin, CA, where innovation never stops.
Creative Autonomy: Help define the design patterns and workflows for a growing team rather than just following a rigid, outdated manual.
