Procter & Gamble is seeking a Design Delivery Manager to join our team in North America Skin Care! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the collaboration on artwork development/adaptation with various teams, including external Prepress agencies, and internal Product Supply artwork teams, design, internal studios, and external agencies. You will play a crucial role in executing design intent and print quality across packaging for regional and global initiatives. Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute design planning meetings, design execution and timing, print tests, artwork matrix reviews, and power images.
• Manage Webcenter and sale samples production.
• Participate in design brief kick-off, design reviews, and other packaging design-related multi-functional meetings as needed.
• Develop and manage North America Design CPS from Global Hand-Off to Execution Hand-Off to Artwork Planner.
• Execute Hard and Soft points to deliver design intent and protect Brand Identity on packaging.
• Partner with Design, Program Manager, and Global & Regional Initiative Leaders to manage the effective package execution of Initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging execution systems, print quality, and consistency, and streamline project management processes.
• Manage daily relationship with the external partners and collaborate with the Technical Execution Manager to ensure artwork is executed with excellence
• Work closely with the Design Managers and Technical Execution prototype agency to create mock-ups for packaging testing

Job Qualifications

Requirements (Skills/Experience) for the role:

• BA/BS Degree
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, from design concept through design production
• Strong understanding of the Artwork systems
• In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit-for-use requirements, print process capabilities, substrates/finishes.
• Strong project and time management skills, with experience leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously.
• Software fluency in Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Ideally, also Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Strong business communication planning and execution skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of relevant experience.
