Designer & Visual Arts Specialist
Join our team in Mexico City General Office as a Designer & Visual Arts Specialist, responsible for managing and enhancing our brand presence. In partnership with the Brand team, you will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for the brand across consumer touchpoints, including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt Key Visuals: Transform brand visuals into in-store materials and out-of-home displays tailored for customer maximization.
- Modify Video Content: Adapt videos for digital commerce and branded entertainment across various online and in-store platforms.
- Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects, lead initiatives, and be accountable for excellent execution.
- Execute Visual Strategy: Collaborate with the Brand team to build and implement the visual strategy across consumer touchpoints, ensuring brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with brand managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for adaptations and ensure seamless execution.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Knowledge of customer experience principles and retail environments.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Soft Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate and justify conceptual and directional design choices; comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to handle complexity with confidence, setting priorities and being accountable from concept to final design delivery.
- Leadership: Capability to guide projects to completion while engaging with team members and stakeholders.
- Ownership: Strong commitment to responsibilities and accountability for delivering results.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Nice to have: Indesign, Media Encore, Video Premier Pro.
