This full-time internship allows you to experience the real job that marketing professionals do at P&G. From Day 1, with support and coaching from your manager, you will run your own projects! We will provide you with the opportunity to connect with and learn from colleagues in various departments. The internship will give you a great understanding of P&G's corporate culture while developing your skills to be a future business leader.

Examples of projects you may lead during your internship:

• Co-lead market analysis to discover local consumer insights together with Analytics & Insights team
• Define the direction of the company's e-commerce business based on market dynamics
• Refresh e-content based on gained consumer insights
• Cooperate with internal Sales employees to understand the local market and retail dynamics

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary 100 000 gross

Job Qualifications:

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
• 4+ year students or recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
• Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mentality
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
