The Design Delivery Specialist collaborates with internal and external design agencies, product supply artwork teams, and multi-discipline partners on packaging artwork projects throughout the design development and execution process. This role ensures that design intent is consistently realized across all product forms and variants at the First Moment of Truth.
You will energetically identify issues and should have a desire to continually build on knowledge to optimize tools and processes. You should have the capability to analyze and assess current state and recommend systemic improvements. Provides direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Provides summary of outcomes, and after-action review.

Education:
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field with relevant experience is preferred.
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$92,700
