Leadership is one of our core values and an integral factor in our success internally and externally. Much like our brands, P&G is committed to finding and developing world-class leaders.

We are currently hiring for a 4-month paid internship/co-op from May 4, 2026 until August 21, 2026 at our Toronto headquarters. We have positions available in Marketing & Sales (Commercial Internship) and Finance.

What does the work look like?

During your 4-month work term in a Commercial Internship that combines elements of Brand (Marketing) and Sales, you will have the opportunity to experience working in both areas of the business. You will own multiple projects critical to the success of your brand team and largest retailers, leading work impacting the biggest brands in Canada.

Depending on the projects assigned you will get a variety of experiences, like:

  • Completing robust business analyses and developing marketing plans that contribute to the growth of our brands and business.
  • Conducting analysis related to the category, consumer, competition, and the market to develop insights, uncover trends and present recommendations based on your findings.
  • Learning and applying conceptual selling techniques and developing data-driven analyses and presentations.
  • Leading unique projects that involve selling and account management responsibilities with retailers. With coaching from your manager, you will play an important role with our Customer Teams, having a direct impact on the business.
  • Using local insights to influence marketing plans, including the creation of new initiatives, innovation, packaging, products, strategies and ideas.
  • Delivering the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event etc.) and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.

During your 4-month work term in Finance, you will play a key strategic role in business development and the decision-making process. You can expect to:

  • Develop key strategic recommendations to grow and develop our brands while maximizing revenue
  • Lead financial analysis on plans or projects to determine payout of projects and to set direction for future plans
  • Identify key opportunities to exceed targets and how to avoid future business risks
  • Develop an understanding of key external market trends including benchmarking and retailer & sales channel analysis
  • Finding opportunities to maximize revenue and to grow share profitably.
  • Innovate financial processes and tools to drive capacity in the organization

What we offer:

  • Responsibilities from Day1; you will have ownership for your work plan from the beginning and will have important projects and responsibilities to deliver
  • Corporate and Functional onboarding to accelerate your training and development
  • Integration into our Intern & Coop Network for socializing, coaching and resources
  • Competitive Salary

You may receive:

  • Domestic Relocation Benefits to support your home finding trip and moving of personal belongings
  • Work-from-Home Equipment Allowance to support a hybrid work approach

Job Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who:

  • are currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree and anticipating graduation in mid-late 2027.
  • have no more than 3 years of prior full-time experience (excluding intern/coop work terms)
