Progress Digital Experience (DX) product group empowers organizations to rapidly build and deploy human-centered, AI-powered digital experiences - from apps to websites - that drive customer acquisition, retention and competitive success. Please note this 6-month intern position offers flexible work hours once the university year starts and a hybrid work model (onsite and work from home). The Internship program will start on July 1st. In this role, you will:

• AI-supported research & analysis for customer needs, market demands and technology trends
• Participate in the definition of product strategy, roadmaps and planning sessions
• Get involved in research and implementation of product innovation initiatives
• Co-create various product content such as competitor analysis, blog posts, product release materials etc.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding or UI generation workflows
• Monitor and analyze product feedback and performance
• Collaborate with various members of the product team: Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Support, Product Marketing and Sales

Your background:

• Finishing up a relevant university degree - Computer Science, Business Administration (ideally a combination of both)
• Knowledge of.NET or JavaScript technologies
• Regular use of AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in Product Management is a huge plus
• Excellent verbal & written English language communication skills
• Motivation, proactiveness & desire to learn
• Ability to effectively prioritize & handle multiple tasks
