We're looking for a Senior UX Design Manager to lead a team of UX Designers solving meaningful customer problems across complex digital experiences. This role blends people leadership, product thinking, systems thinking, and execution. You'll partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to shape direction, raise quality, and deliver intuitive, cohesive, outcome-driven experiences. You'll create an environment where designers can do their best work, grounded in curiosity, collaboration, accountability, and customer understanding.

Key responsibilities. You will...
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of UX Designers across several product areas.
- Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, continuous growth, and high-quality design work.
- Help teams frame customer and business problems clearly before jumping into solutions.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and roadmap direction.
- Drive a strong customer-centered design process grounded in research, usability testing, and iterative learning.
- Guide teams in creating intuitive, scalable, and cohesive experiences across the product ecosystem.
- Help establish and evolve UX standards, patterns, systems, and ways of working.
- Ensure teams balance customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and long-term product quality.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, consistency, and thoughtful interaction design across experiences.
- Support designers in developing stronger product thinking, communication, storytelling, and systems thinking skills.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships and alignment across teams.
- Influence decision-making through clear rationale, evidence, and customer insights.
- Help scale UX maturity across the organization through leadership, mentorship, and operational improvements.
- Continuously improve how the team explores, prototypes, validates, and delivers ideas.
At a minimum you will have...
- 10+ years in design, with 5+ years leading UX or Product Design teams
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
- Strong foundation in user-centered design, IA, and usability
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in agile teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment
- Strong systems thinking across product ecosystems
- Experience using research, testing, and analytics to inform decisions
- Track record of improving product quality and outcomes
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience with tools like Figma and AI-assisted workflows
- Growth mindset and continuous improvement approach
