Marketing Specialist

Do you thrive on working closely with customers? Customizing solutions? Closing deals? Our sales leaders are self-motivated, savvy strategists who strive to understand their customers' business needs and then figure out the best solution. Our sales teams work closely with our engineers and field service techs to ensure our customers reach their packaging performance goals today – and tomorrow.

We offer rewarding, challenging opportunities throughout the world, across multiple packaging segments. If you're an ambitious sales leader who's energized by partnering with their customers to realize their future, we want to talk to you.

The Marketing Specialist supports marketing execution across ProMach's Primary Packaging Group by bringing ideas and direction to life. This role is hands-on and creative, turning approved messaging and campaign direction into engaging visual, written, and video assets that help tell product stories, support sales teams, and make marketing campaigns stand out.

This role works closely with Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, and Marketing Specialists to translate direction into polished, ready-to-use marketing assets across campaigns, sales enablement, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes pride in execution, and is comfortable working across design, copy, and video while staying within established brand guidelines.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Primary Packaging and can be based in Charlotte, NC or Holland, MI.

Are you passionate about this work?

  • Design and update marketing assets within established brand guidelines, including sales sheets, brochures, presentations, trade show graphics, digital ads, website visuals, social media graphics, and more.
  • Create visual, written, and video assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives, including light video shooting and editing as needed.
  • Draft, edit, and format marketing copy for emails, landing pages, sales tools, case studies, and campaign assets based on approved direction.
  • Support social media execution by creating visuals, short-form video, and copy adaptations aligned to campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create and update website assets, including page visuals, banners, graphics, and supporting content, ensuring consistency with brand and messaging direction.
  • Adapt existing content for different audiences, brands, and channels while maintaining voice, tone, and accuracy.
  • Support basic video production and visual storytelling needs, including capturing footage, editing short-form videos, and preparing assets for web, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Assist with coordinating photography and videography assets, including light on-site shooting and post-production support.
  • Prepare creative assets for final delivery by ensuring correct formatting, file types, sizing, and platform requirements across print, digital, and event channels.
  • Manage revisions and updates to creative and content assets, incorporating feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Support content repurposing efforts by breaking larger assets into smaller visuals, clips, or formats for use across social media, web, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders and specialists to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Help maintain consistent brand standards across product brands and marketing materials.
  • Organize, maintain, and update creative files and asset libraries to support efficient reuse.
  • Provide light formatting or layout support for presentations and sales materials as needed.
  • Assist with on-site creative needs during trade shows, events, or customer visits, including capturing photos or short video clips.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative execution aligns with campaign goals, timelines, and brand requirements.
  • Review creative and content assets for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to release.
  • Work within established tools and platforms (such as CMS, email, or social scheduling tools) to prepare and deliver creative assets as needed.
  • Contribute ideas for layouts, visual treatments, or asset formats that improve clarity, engagement, or usability.
  • Other marketing duties as assigned.
