PulsePoint has an open position for a Product Manager. In this role you will lead the ideation, development and ongoing management of an innovative platform that leverages our proprietary health data identity solution.

At PulsePoint, Product managers have five primary responsibilities:

  • Innovate and ideate with a constant focus on building new data-driven products that drive a sustained and competitive differentiation for PulsePoint in the market.
  • Articulate the vision in a compelling business case
  • Translate business strategy into the product roadmap, making critical decisions about what features to build and what order to build them in
  • Collaborate and communicate with various technical and business teams to launch seamlessly, collecting feedback from other teams and integrating that feedback back into the roadmap.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling positioning, value proposition and selling tools.

An excellent Product Manager at PulsePoint is one that keeps in mind the long-term vision of the product while driving short term results, has the customer intuition to get there, and has the authority/integrity to lead the team along the way – very much a mini CEO when it’s done right.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Partnering across the company to bring new data products and features to market
  • Prioritizing backlog and developing user stories
  • Evaluating and recommending partnerships and coordinating integrations with other data providers and ad platforms
  • Coordinating launch and post-launch activities. Closely monitoring impact of product changes on revenue and key business metrics
  • Working closely with Analytics team to build and productize innovative analytics for client consumption and streamline the analytics process

To give you a better idea of what you’ll be doing for us, here are a few of the exciting projects you’ll be working on:

  • Healthcare provider identity assignment
  • Health outcome prediction & optimization
  • Health behavioral modeling
  • Prescription dataset integration & analytics
  • Media performance reporting & predictions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Natural tendency to dig into the data
  • Strong background in big data technologies, identity graphs, predictive analytics, and behavioral modeling
  • Skilled in BI tools, SQL, and Excel
  • Hands-on knowledge of defining and creating analytics or predictive data products from scratch, not just iterating on a UI
  • Previous experience as either an analyst, predictive analyst, data scientist, data engineer, etc. a plus

Target Salary Range:

$140-165k base + 14-16.5k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance

  • Hiring Manager Video Interview (30 mins)
  • Team Interview (1:1s with 2-3 team members, 30 mins each)
  • Case Presentation
  • Executive Interviews
  • Reference Checks (2-3 references)
