This role supports SEA Project & Design function through a combination of design execution, project coordination, and regional tracking. The position will work closely with the Senior Head to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective stakeholder coordination, and visibility across SEA project pipelines.
The role requires a design-oriented, agile, and collaborative individual who can balance creative inputs with structured coordination and reporting responsibilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Engineering, or relevant studied.
Professional: 1–4 years of experience in retail design, architecture, or project coordination. Exposure to retail projects (stores, interiors, or fit-outs) preferred. Experience working with multiple stakeholders or teams is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong internships and aptitude can be considered.
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and design documentation processes. Familiarity with project trackers, dashboards, and coordination tools. Basic understanding of retail project lifecycle and design stages.
Language Skills: English
