Within the IT Department, the Product Coordinator acts as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the best technical solution is delivered and accurately meets business requirements. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate product-related meetings.
• Maintain product documentation and records.
• Assist in tracking product development progress.
• Facilitate communication between product team members.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Basic understanding of product management.
• Experience with the Service NOW tool.
• Documentation management skills.
• Data analysis abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge.
• Ability to organize day-to-day tasks with direct and specific guidance from Team Leader.
