In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Product Owner (Senior Associate) to join our Tax & Legal team in Athens.

Own the product backlog — prioritize, refine, and keep it aligned with business value and project goals.

Break PRDs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Be the bridge between product and engineering — drive scope, trade-offs, and daily priorities.

Review and accept delivered work, coordinate UAT, and ensure nothing ships below the quality bar.

Keep product documentation sharp, current, and accessible across teams.

Prototype fast using tools like Figma and leverage AI-native tools to accelerate everything from story writing to research.

Keep stakeholders aligned with clear communication on progress, decisions, and trade-offs.

Let data drive decisions — use metrics to prioritize the backlog and measure what's actually working.

What you bring matters.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Three to Five years in tech/product, with One to Three as a Product Owner.

Experience in B2B environments or regulated organizations will be considered a plus.

Familiarity with agile tooling e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps.

Fluent in Greek and English.

Ownership & accountability, you take responsibility and act like the product is yours.

Analytical thinker, you break down complexity and make sense of ambiguity.

Problem solver, you don't just flag issues, you come with solutions.

Systems thinker, you see how features, teams, and decisions connect across the bigger picture.

User-first empathy, you think like the end user, challenge assumptions, and advocate for what solves their problem.

Self-organized, you manage your own time, priorities, and workload without needing to be chased.
