Responsibilities
Lead and manage the design development process for multiple projects, from initial concepts to final delivery.
Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on design objectives and project goals.
Establish design standards and guidelines that reflect the quality and vision of Qiddiya.
Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring designs are executed efficiently and effectively.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, mentoring team members and encouraging innovative thinking.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into project work.
Present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project vision and outcomes.
Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize the design process.
