As the Electrical Design Manager, you will oversee the design and implementation of building electrical systems that support Education, Security, Religious and Healthcare facilities within the city. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all systems are seamlessly integrated and contribute to the overall functionality and aesthetic of our development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical design process for city infrastructure projects, including public spaces, facilities, and utilities.
• Oversee the design of electrical systems across various projects, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and manage electrical design specifications, calculations, and detailed drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations in all electrical designs.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance of electrical installations.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and management review.
• Review and approve design calculations, specifications, and drawings, ensuring design integrity and compliance with applicable codes.
• Mentor and oversee the work of junior engineers and design team members.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team by exploring new technologies and design methodologies.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive design solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Prepare and present technical reports and design proposals to stakeholders and senior management.
