Analyze and evaluate advertising metrics (CPM, CPI, IPM...), optimize advertising effectiveness, and provide high-quality users.
Develop creative ideas for the Video Editor/Designer team.
Monitor and analyze reports to make product improvement proposals.
Coordinate with different departments/partners to ensure the program and marketing plan are effectively implemented.
Research and develop new advertising techniques.
Understand the comprehensive digital platform and plan digital marketing.
Equip with customer conversion thinking and optimize deep advertising.
Improve data-based working thinking.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience running and scaling large budgets with advertising channels like Google, Facebook, TikTok...
Understanding of analytics tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, App Annie, Sensor Tower is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic design tools like Canva, Capcut.
Knowledge of the app market.
Strong analytical and data evaluation skills.
