We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products by analyzing market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Your insights will drive strategic decisions and contribute to the overall success of our product portfolio. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data, developing actionable recommendations, and presenting your findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using data to drive product decisions and a deep understanding of product development methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors' products.
• Gather and interpret data from various sources, including user surveys, website analytics, and market research reports.
• Develop and maintain product dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in product analytics.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
