About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a Product Owner with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product development, possess a data-driven mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and contributing to the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Write clear, concise, and testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on product performance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively.
• Ensure that the product meets quality standards and adheres to industry best practices.
• Continuously improve the product development process and contribute to a culture of innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
