About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. With at least two years of experience, you will bring a solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices to the role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for creating innovative and user-centric products. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility. You will also be involved in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure that the development team is aligned and delivering value incrementally. Furthermore, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and drive product initiatives from conception to launch. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the overall business strategy and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams, to gather and document product requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure the development team is aligned and delivering value incrementally.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and growth.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
• Manage product releases and ensure successful product launches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for creating innovative and user-centric products.
• Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
