About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product backlog is well-understood and that development efforts are focused on delivering the most valuable features.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and features.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Manage product releases, coordinating with marketing and other teams to ensure successful launches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.
• Continuously improve the product development process, identifying and implementing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
