1. Job Description
Plan UA marketing for the company's game lines (Puzzle, Hyper-casual, Action, Simulation...).
Develop ideas and coordinate with artist, video editor, developer to produce advertising content: Banner, Video, GIF, Screenshot, Playable Ads.
Plan and implement advertising campaigns to attract users for mobile App/Game multi-channel: Unity Ads, Applovin, Ironsource, Mintegral, Pangle, Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok.
Optimize advertising revenue (Monetize):
Have 2-3 years of experience running UA advertising for mobile games on multiple platforms.
Have 6 months of experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team of 2-3 staff.
Have experience in market research, survey, and analysis.
Understand the game advertising network system & bidding principles eCPM/ROAS.
Familiar with or have worked with Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer...
Have creative marketing thinking, understand global user preferences.
Have basic knowledge of game production process is a plus.
Have the ability to evaluate, analyze, and make timely decisions.
Ability to plan, organize work, and allocate appropriate resources.
Proactive and responsible in work.
