Description of the Team/Project

As a Product Management intern, you will be part of the business and sales team while collaborating with the product and software teams. Your mission is to improve user experience, shape new features, and standardize and package existing materials into engaging lessons for Quandela's learning and community platform.

You will work closely with your mentor, who will support your growth and give you the freedom to drive your own ideas forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Test the platform from a user's perspective, spot UX/UI issues, and report bugs or edge cases.
• Suggest and prioritize feature ideas to enhance the platform.
• Standardize and package existing materials into engaging, well-structured lessons.
• Support community management, first by routing requests internally, later by answering learners directly.
• Write product tickets in Jira and support the user engagement strategy.
