Job Description

As a Senior Designer – BIM, Civil Structures, REC on our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with industry experts and technical leaders, contributing to major international infrastructure projects. We continuously strive to stay at the forefront of technology, developing innovative solutions to address complex engineering challenges.

You will be supported and guided by experienced technical experts who are committed to helping you grow and succeed in your role.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Support Bridges and Civils projects in compliance with Eurocodes and relevant international standards.
• Coordinate with the Technical Manager and concerned engineers to obtain necessary inputs and clarifications for drafting and modelling activities in each project.
• Prepare and develop detailed 2D drawings and accurate 3D BIM models for Bridges and Civils structures, including associated components.
• Coordinate with drafting and modelling team members to accomplish complex tasks efficiently and maintain consistency in deliverables.
• Oversee and coordinate drawing production activities within the CAD/BIM team for Bridges and Civils projects.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on drawings and 3D models prepared by the CAD/BIM team to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Ensure technical accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of drawings, 3D models, and project documentation.
• Track assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure completion within scheduled timelines and agreed milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI-certified professional with 7+ years of relevant experience; B. Tech will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Bridges and Civils structures projects; exposure to international infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Experience in preparing General Arrangement (GA) drawings, reinforcement drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
• Mandatory experience in 2D drafting and 3D modelling, with strong knowledge of steel and concrete detailing standards.
• 3D reinforcement modelling skills will be an added advantage.
• Experience working on international projects; exposure to Danish, Swedish, or Nordic projects will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with structural drawings, quantity estimation, and related documentation.
• Proficiency in Tekla is mandatory, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Rhino/Grasshopper will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills, with a disciplined and professional approach aligned with company policies and procedures.
• Exercises self-discipline, strong work ethic, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
