Are you our new colleague? We're looking for a Product Manager AI at Randstad Global IT (location Diemen/Europe/Hybrid).
Your typical day includes being the leader for a collection of AI products all focused on helping our business take friction out of the operational processes. You work in the newly founded Partner for Talent AI hub where you will be working with the newest innovations to make sure we drive an efficient organization.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless delivery and operation of the proof of concept (POC)/ initiatives of AI solutions / applications / agents. The main priorities in the role are to ensure adherence to the predefined business case, connect with the various (IT) programs and deliver a solid POC with the help of internal colleagues all over the world and a selected set of partners.
To achieve this, you act as a proactive leader, aiming to innovate and elevate critical aspects of our application and process ecosystem. This could include streamlining processes such as client interactions, administrative operations, or user management to deliver a comprehensive, well-integrated POC.
You will oversee a team (indirectly), defined per AI initiative, often composed of Business Analysts, solutions architects, engineers and data scientists, who will execute specific aspects of the initiatives under your guidance. By aligning with organizational objectives, your leadership ensures the initiatives not only meet current needs but also evolves to address future challenges, driving value and operational excellence. Success will be measured based on the number of successfully delivered POC that will be adopted in the business.
Identifying Needs and Issues:
Recognize critical needs and operational challenges from and with our selected business stakeholders, and drive the process from pilot to POC effectively.
Feature Prioritization and Delivery:
Define and prioritize features and enablers to align with the AI hub objectives, ensuring timely releases of POC's that meet business and customer expectations.
Market Readiness:
Establish and validate go-to-market criteria to ensure POC can actually be adopted by the programs and / or markets.
Product Enablement and Support:
Oversee readiness and enablement processes to support successful product implementation and usage.
Operational Documentation:
Implement, review, and deliver operational procedures, policies, and documentation to ensure user clarity and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across the organization—including process excellence, global operational steering, product, design, architecture, development, and partnerships—to deliver impactful AI solutions that drive key business outcomes.
Performance Metrics:
Define, monitor, and report key service and product performance indicators in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with stakeholders across functions and programs to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
Team Management:
Indirectly lead and manage the team per initiative and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
