Stakeholders:
CRM Squads - CRM Squads are the experts in their respective audiences, owners of the executions involving these users, and the main stakeholders CRM Strategy has. Our responsibilities of organizing, reporting and analyzing CRM's data should directly impact them positively by improving the quality of their work.
Traders - Traders are the bridge between the Commercial teams and CRM. Commercial teams are the strongest lever we have in terms of organic performance, and as such, Traders are the gateway to better organic performance. It's a give and take relationship where we depend on them to get the deals we need and they depend on us to give them the results they need to negotiate them.
Local Country Teams - CRM makes part of a larger ecosystem, made up of other areas, which all in all make up the country. As part of the system, the countries need to understand the impact, and the importance, CRM has. It's our job to make this information available for the countries to complete it with the other areas and see the big picture.
Global Teams - Global teams, which mainly include Ops, Growth Leadership, Verticals, Product, SP&A and Tech will consult us from time to time depending on the needs of the company. It's our job to be able to answer their questions so they can make an educated decision in their respective area.
