We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Director of Product Management to join our Data & AI organization. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the next generation of PW data & AI products and services. By leveraging business knowledge and achieving a comprehensive understanding of user needs, you will deliver best in class data & AI products to solve relevant problems. You will play a hands-on role in defining the vision, prioritizing features, and managing the product roadmaps.

Reporting to the Director of Data & AI, the successful candidate will be highly collaborative, technically savvy, and passionate about delivering impactful solutions to customers. The Associate Director of Product Management will collaborate closely with data & AI development teams on the design, creation, and management of data & AI products and services. This position is responsible for planning and executing how data & AI will be consumed by internal end users or external customers. This role ensures alignment of the AI product roadmap with the needs of the business and compliance with regulatory, security and data governance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with business partners to identify measurable, impactful business goals aligned with PW's data & AI strategy.
  • Close the gap between rapid AI innovation and practical business application.
  • Ensure post-deployment value and evolution of the product life cycle.
  • Drive value justification and task prioritization by articulating business pain points.
  • Ensure AI capabilities are implemented across different products with consistent user experience.
  • Develop and deliver an effective AI roadmap that aligns with organizational strategic goals.
  • Ensure products meet privacy, security, and legal requirements.
  • Define product specifications, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with QA and release teams to implement product release cycles.
  • Work with Project Management to plan for delivery and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prioritize competing tasks and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver results for product improvement during each stage of the product life cycle.
  • Mentor, train, and coach product managers.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 12+ years' experience in AI/ML solutions, product management, and/or digital technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in product delivery of AI services, machine learning platforms and products, and generative AI.
  • Strong business acumen to identify and comprehend P&L effects, business impacts, and opportunities at a strategic level.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications we prefer:

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of data collection, modeling, and monitoring processes and the ability to understand the interplays between data, technology, and user workflows.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security concerns in on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively influence multi-disciplinary teams and develop strong partnerships across functions to drive measurable operational results.

This role is hybrid, with employees working regularly both onsite and offsite. The ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
