Assigned to one or more AN/TPY-2 programs, the Depot Sub-Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) is responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions to emerging depot requirements at both domestic and foreign military sale customer locations. In this role, you will report to the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Deployment, Fielding, and Sustainment (DFS) IPT Lead and be responsible for the overall leadership of all depot activities for the AN/TPY-2 system including but not limited to:
Typically requires: A Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Program or Project Management or Sustainment, System Fielding, Depot, Logistics or Engineering. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position. Experience with depot and/or field return and repair operations for military or industrial customers. Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior stakeholders. Experience with budget or financial management including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Demonstrated proficiency with application and execution of Raytheon's Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), RTX Life Cycle Program Management (RLPM) or similar business processes. Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities. Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements and capture the full potential of follow-on business. Demonstrated experience in strategic development and / or contract capture in the Defense Industry. Experience with US Military Radar Sustainment Programs. Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – including customer, Raytheon, teammates, and suppliers.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
