Integrated Product Support Specialist - F18 PBL (Performance Based Logistics) Depot

This position is for an Integrated Product Support Specialist - F18 PBL (Performance Based Logistics) Depot, who works independently, executes business plans, manages budgets, manages repair workflow, assists in the analysis of program metrics and estimates, monitors program's progress, collects data to support negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, coordinates customer action items, and maintains program templates, metrics, and presentation materials.

This position will be fully onsite at Naval Air Station Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL.

What You Will Do

• Physically process returned units through the repair process utilizing several commercial and enterprise software applications. This includes acting as a liaison between Collins Aerospace and government employees, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and checking on part availability and placing orders as required.
• Execute business plans, monthly financial reporting and data deliverables for Program Management.
• Monitor progress of program against plans, and other metrics using control and reporting systems.
• Analyze program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
• Coordinate customer action item responses to meet customer program objectives.
• Collect data and analysis in support of the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operating budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.
• Maintain program templates, metrics and presentation materials to ensure information on program status and performance is available for further analysis.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must pass SF-86 background check.
