What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the application development team, translating complex supply chain processes into digital solutions
  • Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals and customer needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements
  • Reimagine and redesign manual or disjointed supply chain processes into seamless, integrated application workflows
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications that are clear, actionable, and testable
  • Rapidly develop mock-ups and prototypes in Figma or similar tools to communicate design intent and user experience
  • Provide domain expertise to support solution design, process mapping, and decision-making during application development
  • Collaborate with Architects and Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-value features
  • Drive iteration and continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience leading customer-facing sessions (workshops, discovery, demos) to uncover needs and co-create solutions
  • Experience in one or more of the following: supply chain business process, requirements development for an agile project team, SAFe product management, or UI/UX design.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Recognized subject matter expertise in sourcing, procurement, or material program management with the ability to educate peers and customers
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation initiatives with measurable results
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable software specifications
  • Hands-on experience designing UI mock-ups
  • Experience working directly with application development teams in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and data challenges
  • Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of API integrations, data models, and digital transformation best practices
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation initiatives with measurable results
  • Track record of designing new applications or tools
  • Strong UX design mindset with the ability to build intuitive workflows aligned to user personas and supply chain roles
  • Solid technical aptitude demonstrated through analytics, data engineering, application, or related product work; able to understand architectural constraints and development impacts
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, creativity, and a bias for action
  • Demonstrated ability to take broad, ambiguous requirements and translate them into digital applications that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Proven record of reimagining manual or disconnected supply chain processes into cohesive, automated workflows
  • Ability to independently define application user experiences and workflows without requiring detailed business instructions

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
