Explains policies, practices, and procedures. Supervises entry and intermediate professional level employees or team leaders of support employees in Design Engineering. Provides technical leadership, manages operations, executes complex projects, and checks completed layouts and drawings.
Provides technical leadership and assists in training less experienced engineers to help them diagnose and solve problems and build capabilities.
Executes complex projects to ensure that business objectives are met.
Manages design, drafting, and validation activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Checks completed layouts and drawings to ensure clarity, completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications, and accuracy of calculations and dimensioning.
