This hybrid role bridges the gap between sales operation and marketing execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational success of Razer Gold within the region, ensuring brand consistency, seamless partner relations, and efficient backend campaign execution.
1. Marketing Execution & Brand Compliance
Creative Asset Management: Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing assets, ensuring all visual and product communications adhere to Razer's Global Design Standards.
Campaign Execution: Manage basic marketing tasks including copywriting, content publishing, social media updates, and tracking marketing exposure/clippings.
2. Backend & Operational Support
ยท System Configuration: Set up and manage marketing mechanics and promotion settings within the backend system to ensure operational efficiency.
Event Support: Provide logistical and operational support for online marketing activities.
3. Sales Operations & Partner Management
Reseller Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors; consolidate market feedback for the Razer Gold distribution hub.
KYC & Agreement Management: Conduct initial KYC reviews, manage contract documentation, and track agreement lifecycles (execution, expiration, and T&C compliance).
Sales Execution: Execute pricing strategies and sales plans for 3rd-party partners (3PP) while aligning internal and external demands.
Settlement Management: Oversee weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly settlement processes with resellers to ensure high accuracy and timeliness.
