BRAND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead brand projects independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES AND CONSUMER CAMPAIGNS
Plan and execute 360° launches of new products and consumer campaigns.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT
Develop and manage the product portfolio in a commercially sustainable way.
DATA AND CONSUMER UNDERSTANDING TO SUPPORT DECISION MAKING
Utilize sales data and consumer insights to support decision making and planning.
SALES MATERIAL AND PRESENTATION DESIGN
Design and build sales materials and presentations.
Experience in leading projects and working with various stakeholders
Understanding of the importance of holistic brand building and attention to the smallest details, whether it's label texts or product information
Ability to combine creativity and data: your ability to innovate brings new perspectives and impact to campaigns, and your analytics keep plans commercially sharp
Curious and motivated professional with a genuine desire to develop, build, and strengthen a brand – not just to look good, but to be successful
Eager to embrace new perspectives, implement ideas, and ensure that your work is visible in both numbers and imagination
Fluent in Finnish and English – Swedish is a plus, but not mandatory
Basic skills in PowerPoint and Excel
